Bellhop was on time, professional, nice, affordable, and quick. Everything arrived in good shape, and I would absolutely recommend them.
Bellhops saved my move after another company canceled less than 24 hours before. They found a team for 7 a.m. the next morning, and everyone was very nice.
My team was very efficient, friendly, and flexible when my driver arrived early. They showed up an hour early, and the team lead communicated throughout the previous day.
Negative Bellhop Moving Reviews
My move was canceled at 7:51 a.m., rescheduled twice, and the movers arrived at 3:30. Several desks were badly scratched, a plant broke, and my new walls were damaged.
Bellhop movers damaged an antique dresser valued at $5,000. I bought additional insurance, but after two months and many emails, my claim still had no resolution or payment.
The workers were slow, and my bill rose from the $300s to nearly $500. Customer service reduced the charge, but I would not use Bellhops again.
Neutral Bellhop Moving Reviews
The Sunday team was fabulous, strong, polite, and professional. Yet three scheduled dates fell through, and I waited 5½ days after the guaranteed appointment for the move.
The movers were on time and precise, but Bellhop canceled the added day without telling them. I had to notify the movers myself and find someone else to help.
They arrived on time and moved quickly, but a dropped bed rail damaged the wall, the mattress became dirty, and the quoted $600 seemed too high for the small load.
