Nima Farrokhsiar, Google
They charged me $700 more than the estimate and never called back after I left a message. You may be better off using Taskrabbit or conventional moving companies.
Ilana Stern, Google
They did not use provided straps and put heavy boxes on light ones. During the move, boxes tumbled and ruined my furniture. Customer service refused to open a complaint.
Howard Goss, Google
They were the worst professional group of gentlemen since the three stooges and Laurel and Hardy formed a moving company
