The website advertised packing-only services, and staff confirmed them, but two days later they canceled and said the location did not provide packing-only service.
They canceled my service after trying to reach me by text on a landline. A simple call or advance notice would have prevented the problem.
Furniture was stacked very carelessly: leather couches had creases, dresser bottoms were broken, and chairs were scratched and dented.
