The entire process of moving was handled with courtesy, care, professionalism and respect! Ashley accommodated my busy schedule with a move date, the movers Franky and Justin were friendly & kind.
Negative TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Reviews
I saw the movers drop my mattress on gravel. Found a nail in the mattress and dirt on the side. Some of my furniture was chipped and banged up. The movers were kids and lacked training, professionalism and knowledge.
Booking the move with the company was easy...but that was the only easy thing about it. We moved from a loft apartment to a one-bedroom apartment 30 min away and it took them 9HOURS. Very unprofessional and disorganized.
The movers were good. No issues with them. However, I was charged $150.34 as a tip. I did not agree nor approve of this. I've been waiting four days for a manager to contact me but still waiting.
Neutral TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Reviews
Worst moving experience, I have ever had. Unprofessional, no customer service skills, do not know how to load a truck correctly with two stops. UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and made it right, so thank you.
I gave 1 Star originally because after my furniture was loaded on the truck I was told I had to sign a document stating the furniture had been safely delivered. This was BEFORE the truck even left my house!
Christopher Cortese, Google
A few gashes were left in the wall which I wish could have been avoided. One of our televisions' screen got cracked during the move.
