no consideration for your time. this location on 2 separate occasions scheduled a visit for evaluation and estimate and no showed both times. hours later an estimate was given with again no explanation. your balance owed me is 450 dollars.
I booked online for removal of an upright piano. I was called to verify my appointment, but they never showed up and later said they can't haul a piano away—very disappointed with this level of service.
The driver for one of these trucks took down our balcony at our neighborhood townhome and fled the scene. Their office couldn’t even locate their driver.
