Negative TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Reviews
Amber Lesicko, Google
The unloading damaged trim, scuffed many walls, and broke bed frame supports, dresser legs, a washing machine, and a cooler. I do not recommend this company.
Susanne Champ, Google
The estimate was $500-$800, but the move took 12 hours and cost $1,600. I had called twice to confirm the quote and mentioned the steep stairs and driveway.
C baughman, Google
The replacement driver was rude and disrespectful, dragged an antique dresser down the stairs, and damaged my irreplaceable dining room table. The manager seemed unconcerned.
Neutral TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Reviews
BettyShearouse, Google
Wouldn’t answer the phone or return calls. Changed the scheduled arrival and did not communicate it to us. Overbooked their truck.
Bo James, Google
The moving crew was great, but the sales front end was less than desired. Communication was minimal, the quote changed, and the move was incomplete.
Susan L., Google
The estimate was wrong, the move took a week to complete, and several items were damaged. Management resolved the extra charges, but the stress remained.
