The crew had NO IDEA that they were supposed to pack anything. They were unprepared and had to wait for someone to deliver packing equipment.

I was then presented with the bill for $500 more than any estimate I had been given and a completely broken occasional table for which I was offered $9.
The two movers moved the EXACT same items that previously took two hours, but took 7 hours because they only had one dolly. This resulted in an additional $500 in expenses.
