"They really deserve 1 star, but since the 2 movers did a good job I'll give them an extra star. I was quoted a price 'range' for moving & travel time. The entire thing only ended up being 4 hrs total, when the guys confirmed at the end. The amount showing reflected the 4 hours, but not the deposit that I paid 2-days earlier. I was told it would be refunded back to my account. Well, of course it wasn't, 🙄, then I had to spend an hour on the phone after being told I was actually charged for 5-hours, when the bill CLEARY stated 4 hours. The representative on the phone acted like I couldn't count. I was told I'd only be refunded for 1-hour, meanwhile the math is STILL not adding up. If it's not refunded to my bank, I will be putting in a dispute. I'm was extremely upset that they cheated me & I would never recommend them to anybody else. You've been warned ⚠️"
"Beware!!! They give you the run around to get you a quote to move your trailer. I got 3 different quotes. No one answers the phone. Long wait to get someone in customer service and when I do most of the time is the answering service. I’ve been trying to cancel my delivery without success. No one wants to help."
"This company stores, your credit card and personal information without knowledge or consent. Also makes charges to your credit card without knowledge or consent. On top of all of that they charge you the full amount before the service is completed. So they ensure whether you like the way they treated you or not they get paid. Horrible business practice."
