i would select another moving company if you need temporary storage of your household goods. They have never validated to me why my storage rate increased about $100 per month following my original quote...they want to charge me the whole month for just to have my things there for 5 days of June...you cannot access your things once your items are in storage and if you wish to access your things they will charge you for labor.
3 days before the move day I called to confirm the date and time since I didn't hear anything...I got estimated 4 to 5 hours but the actual move took 9 hours. I also had to pitch in and wrap furniture, move boxes, and haul filing cabinets etc...It is almost double the quote and was out of my budget.
