If I could leave zero stars I would. Moving out of my home, they dropped a sofa down stairs causing two holes and scrapes down the wall in the process, dragged furniture over wood floors that left scratches. Upon move in to my new home, they dragged the sofa against the walls causing more damage to the sofa as well as scraping off not just paint but multiple sections of the textured walls. The sofa was dragged so hard against the walls that the material of the sofa was rubbed off and the frame is now sticking out. Completely scratched up the top of a sideboard cabinet that cannot be refinished. Boxes that were clearly labeled "fragile" and had arrows pointing up so that they would be handled correctly were upside down, leaving pieces inside ruined and broken. Two of the movers got into a huge shouting match in the front yard. Mirrors were not reattached to dressers, beds were not put back together, handles on the fridge not reattached and a rug never even made it to my new location. One of the movers, upon seeing all the damaged items coming in, kept shrugging his shoulders and saying "just make them pay you back for it." I filled claims and heard back this morning that they are giving me a whopping $335 for the damage to the "walls and sofa" completely ignoring the other items. For reference, the sofa is close to $4K and the sideboard is $350. That won't even cover what it will cost to get the walls fixed in my new house. Insulting, unprofessional, shady and impossible to get a real live person on the phone. In their email telling me how much they are paying me, they suggested I get the rest covered by my own insurance or that I should have opted for more coverage THAT WAS NEVER OFFERED. Stay FAR FAR away from this business if you value your items or the condition of your home.

They quote you an hourly price and then inflate the cost at the end. The sales team assured me on the front end they would be available to assist me on moving day if any questions or concerns came up. On the day of moving the movers were quoting me a different price. I called my sales rep and initially the call when through but then ....the sales rep blocked me. I couldn't get a single response. There is no full disclosure, no transparency and complete deception of cost. This company is a law suit waiting to happen. Oh and by the way the work is sloppy. Insult to Injury.

They missed 4 delivery windows and today is about to be the 5th. This has been going on for months. They won't admit that they can't find the pod with my furniture and keep giving me the runaround. No one will return my phone calls and I have not heard from management. The worst experience I've ever had.

We hired Flex to help us move, were in our 60s.....we thought this would be a great move to our dream home.....WRONG .... Flex hired kids from an app with no moving experience! Drop and drag, forget that the boxes we so carefully labeled were everywhere, broken recliner, damaged several family heirlooms that have managed to not get damaged in over 200 years! Yep dragged furniture across just redone hardwood floors.... DON'T HIRE FLEX UNLESS YOU WANT A NIGHTMARE MOVE! OFFERED us pennies! Worst decision EVER! As of 5/29 We came to an agreement. Thank you
