"STAY AWAY, terrible service. I used them to move from Tampa to Boynton. They charged the full $3300 2 mins after booking the service. The rep also did not book my move correctly. The workers were not provided hand trucks or dollies, they broke my china cabinet, and two TVs. And are offering $236 as curtosty refund."

"Stay away. This company hires outside random people to move all your precious items. These people are most likely not vetted. Some of the movers seemed nice but at the end of the day we found many items were stolen and many items were broken and beyond repair. It was very expensive to have incurred so much loss and unnecessary heartache."

"Efrain, Jackson, and Badley were excellent movers; however, when they placed my dining table, it was not properly secured and was damaged, and since Flex only offers $0.60 per lb per item, my $500 table is only being reimbursed $188."

"No issue with the actual movers but the communication from the administrative side was terrible and there was a bill of landing that we needed to sign the day before the move that no one told us about when we signed up. No one explained explained how we needed to fill it out or how to get it back to them until we called over and over for 4 hours the day before the move. Also their employees are contracted, and I guess sometimes the people who pack your stuff are different from the people who drive it to the location and unpack them; that also wasn't explained to us. The people who did the move weren't notified that they were also supposed to perform the delivery and unpacking and they had to wait with us for almost an hour. The communication is terrible even internally between their own employees, but once the job started it was done well which is why I'm still giving 3 stars."

"Pros: Trailer is in great condition. My things were moved safely. Cons: Random, inconsistent pricing. I was given different weird pricing when calling for a quote on moving my trailer that they already had. Could not get a manager on the phone for a week. Ended up paying the same price that I was quoted for broward county to get it in West Palm Beach which is 35miles apart but they tell you the pricing is based on distance. Trailer came from Tampa so it doesn’t make sense. Finally spoke with a manager (Joey?) and was told I’d get an email and call back, didn’t happen. Can’t recommend."
