"On 9/16 had my move and the movers were nice and moved my things, but some things were damaged. Also, my card was charge additional fees with my knowledge and no communication. This is not a good company because they do not give an accurate amount for the move. They charged me additional $90 and I also tipped the movers $20 each and it was 3 of them. My move was $610 for a one bedroom which is ridiculous. Do not use this moving company at all. Over the weekend and today 9/22, I have been in contact with Flex Moving and they have been helpful to resolve these issues that occured."
